Lenovo on Wednesday announced six new additions to its Thinkpad and Thinkvision lines. The new products include the Thinkpad X1 Extreme Gen 4, Thinkpad L13 Gen2, L13 Yoga Gen 2, Thinkvision M15 mobile monitor, Thinkvision T24m-20 display and MC50 webcam.

The Thinkpad X1 Extreme Gen 4 is powered by 11th generation Intel i9 processors. H-series generation combined with Nvidia RTX GPUs. Buyers also get up to 64GB of DDR4 RAM and support for two SSDs. Wireless connection to the global 5G network is also available. The whole set weighs less than 1.81 kg (about 4 lbs).

Ryzen 5000 series processors are used in the Thinkpad L13 Gen 2 and L13 Yoga Gen 2 laptops. They run on integrated AMD Radeon graphics and have up to 16 GB of DD4 RAM. Users get a PCIe SSD up to 1TB and an integrated fingerprint reader to support Windows Hello.

In addition to the three laptops, Lenovo also announced the Thinkvision M15 mobile monitor, which offers a second portable display via a single USB-C port. There is also a Thinkvision T24m-20 monitor and an MC50 webcam.

The two new variants announced for the L13 are powered by processors from the Ryzen 5000 Pro series that offer good battery life and enough processing power for everyday tasks and little more.

Both laptops feature a 13.3-inch display with 1080p resolution and 300 nits brightness. The L13 Yoga comes with a touchscreen, which is also an option on the Thinkpad L13 Gen 2. You get a TPM 2.0 chip, a physical camera shutter, and an integrated fingerprint reader for added security.

The Thinkpad L13 Gen 2 and L13 Yoga Gen 2 will be available in August 2023 for €649 and €749 respectively.

ThinkVison M15 Mobile Monitor

It’s a 15.6-inch 1080p IPS portable screen that weighs only about 0.86 kg. The monitor is powered by an external power adapter, but supports USB-C power transfer of up to 65W, meaning you can power laptops and use the monitor through a single USB-C connection.

The Thinkivison M15 mobile monitor will be available in the third quarter of 2023 for €229.

ThinkVision T24m-20 monitor

The Thinkvision T24m-20 is a 23.8-inch FHD monitor that can also be used as a USB-C dock. The monitor supports up to 90 W USB-C power and also supports daisy-chaining of multiple monitors. The monitor has a mirrored power button that can be used to turn on a compatible connected PC.

The Thinkvison T24m-20 monitor will be available in the third quarter of 2023 for $299.

ThinkVision MC50 Webcam Monitor
